Life on the Frontiers of Discovery

For almost all of human history, the future was something we imagined. Not anymore.

Today, science fact has overtaken science fiction. We're bringing back extinct animals, designing medicines that extend life, building machines that think. The future isn't arriving – it's already here.

The most thrilling chapter in human history is too often told either like homework or sold to you without an eye to consequence.

We started Kaleidoscope because the world's most important ideas deserve to be told with awe, with wonder, with optimism. For an audience who doesn't want to watch the future. They want a stake in it.

Kaleidoscope is your entry point to the story of the future, with the talent who live the questions you seek to answer.

We started as the place that makes sense of the frontiers of discovery.

We're becoming the place where you experience them.

CEO, Co-founder

Oz is obsessed with all different kinds of scopes ... microscopes, telescopes, periscopes and of course kaleidoscopes ... tools that are as fun as toys, disseminating science-driven wonder, new ways of looking at the world, and enabling magical journeys to the frontiers of discovery, without leaving home.

Mangesh got his start in media when he co-founded a neighborhood newsletter in 3rd grade called Dogs of the Neighborhood. It lasted one issue. He’s had better luck with his other media start-ups since then.

Producer

Dara has always been drawn to figuring out what makes a story stick. Outside of work, she'll make a strong case that reality TV tells us more about human nature than we give it credit for, and that most things become clearer when the ocean is in view.
